The very first thing you should do if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way is to contact Customer Service. Unfortunately there are people out there which think it is fun to order something, wear it, then return it. We consider this theft, plain and simple. For this reason we require all returns be initiated within 3 days of receipt of your package. Drop us a note, let us know what the problem is, then we will go from there.
